This is awesome. Warranties are awesome. Why didn’t I buy a warrantied car earlier?
Only thing not so awesome is how crowded it is, but considering it’s a Saturday, whatever.
They offer complimentary pickup, but I wanted to see the maintenance bay myself, so AMA.

Only reason it’s so crowded is because
everyone
turned down the complimentary pickup to come see the service bay

Who wouldn't want to see the service bay? I would do unspeakable things to have one of those lifts and just half the tools in there

Do you think the quality of service lived up to the Lexus reputation? I have been disappointed every time I’ve taken my cars there, the people at the Mercedes dealer are usually significantly more friendly.

Besides the long wait times, I’d say all the staff ive met were pretty helpful and patient. Not sure about the actual car related maintenance stuff, but we'll see once I get it back
